    If you measure the blind itself, that is considered the exact size blind. For example, if the blind width measures 22 inches, we would recommend ordering a 22.5 inch blind. The half inch is for the brackets. If the inside of the window is measured, the width from side to side is considered the inside ount measurement. If the window is 36 inches wide, then the blind width would be 36 inches.
