Love these dishes. Ordered ten place settings. Not one was broken.

I received these dishes as an anniversary present from my mother. She let me pick the pattern and these are perfect. I am very disappointed however, because according to the description online- this set included 16 pieces. It clearly says 4 dinner plates, 4 mugs, etc. She ordered me two sets so that I would have service for eight (we have 7 people living in our household)... And I only got service for 2! Upon arrival this was a 4 piece set- a single place setting... And she had ordered me two of these. She tells me she has called and that Great Offer Stock is doing a "quality review" and will let her know if they will make this right or if I will have to return these. I hope that Great Offer Stock honors the online description that is listed and sends me the other pieces I was expecting. I know I will not be able to find a more beautiful, useful set of dishes for my family. I've been looking everywhere for exactly what I want and these are my favorite! My review will go to 5 stars if Great Offer Stock makes this right... The pictures do not do these dishes justice. Simply beautiful detail, just the right weight, and dishwasher/microwave safe.
