Very high quality While finding the right valance seems simple, when it's for a specific window/issue, it can be challenging. This valance is well worth the price - mainly due to high fabric quality but more so for it being lined. Finding lined valances at this price is difficult. The color is "rust" first, with a tinge of red so it worked well. Very pleased.
