I purchased the cantilever and put it together to find that the "crossbase" in the picture are 4 bars and the "base" required to keep the cantilever from falling over is a separate purchase. Customer service representative and customer service supervisor were both rude. Great Offer Stock is using deceptive advertising and would be in a better position when they clearly state there is an additional purchase necessary to hold the umbrella down and to keep it from tipping over. Who would buy an umbrella without a weighted base......hmmmm
perfect little set for a smaller deck. no umbrella hole so i had to buy a cantilevered one so it all became more expensive than I'd planned, but happy with the set.
I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with this purchase! I've been watching and waiting for one of these elephants to be on sale. My patience was worth the wait and I just love looking at this guy in ,y garden!
We bought 12 of these in antique brown and they are exactly what a wicker dining chair should be. Well constructed, well packed and an exact match to our patio sofa. Happened to catch a deep sale and at less than *** each they can't be beat.
