I bought 4 of these chairs (and 1 matching Beatnik sofa) for an easily reconfigurable living room --- rectangular conversational to arc theater seating in front of a big screen TV. These chairs are quite light and therefore easily moved. Yet, they seem adequately sturdy for my tween and teen and their friends, but time will tell. The styling is simple, sleek, and minimalist, in keeping with the mid-century modern motif I'm trying to achieve. The semi-aniline leather is supple, waxy smooth, and smells as it should.
