Pros: - Arrived on time, perfect condition (it MUST be opened and inspected before signing). - No tools required to put it together, and connection pieces look very solid. - Seems solid and sturdy. My family weighs about 500lbs combined and we have all sat on it without fazing it. - Great features. Both ends recline, cup holders are decently sized (if it fits in my car, it seems to fit in this couch), chaise is plenty long enough to put your feet up, huge console storage with solid looking hinges. - Sleek design, not bulky or puffy. Cons: - Nothing to do with the sofa itself, but one of the downsides of ordering oversized items online. The delivery guy didn't want to open the boxes and let me inspect the furniture, but Great Offer Stock said I must. I hate confrontation but I insisted, so make sure you're prepared to tell them you can't sign without inspecting it, as they will try to say they aren't required to open the boxes. They are required to add additional time for inspection if requested by the customer, it's right in the paperwork (sent by Overstock). Delivery/inspection still only took 20 mins, so it's well worth it to make sure your furniture is right. - Seriously can't think of any cons with the couch itself. I was so heartbroken to realise that our room is not the right shape for a traditional sectional (I tried SO MANY WAYS to try and cram one in that could view the TV comfortably), but this couch has all the features of a sectional and fits perfectly in our space.

Very happy with this piece! We have a smaller living room and don’t have space for a larger sofa/sectional. This was a perfect find. The lounge section reclines and is really comfortable. Cup holder and storage space in the middle are really handy. Well made and sturdy. Assembly was really simple. Delivery did take a few weeks, but we expected that so not a problem. Other reviews indicated we needed to inspect the couch before signing for delivery. The delivery men told us if we opened the box they wouldn’t take the furniture back even if it was damaged, so some confusion there. Although everything arrived in perfect shape so no problem there. Overall a great piece of furniture. We’ve gotten quite a few compliments and everyone asks where we purchased it. Very happy!

Easy to assemble, easy to care for. If I had to do it again I would get one without the drink holders in the middle so I could fit 4 or nap on the couch. But that is my mistake. The couch is comfortable with the chaise and recliner are relaxing. I think I got a good deal for the money and it has been over a year since purchase and still looks new

It was really easy to assemble the couch - and it's very comfortable. Also, it's very easy to clean - we dropped wall paint on the couch... but only a damp cloth took care of it and didn't stain.
