Happy with this Both of my air conditioners went out at the same time. The bigger one is in the dinning room and that is where this one went. It was a life saver after living for almost 2 weeks without air. I hope this lasts as long as the one it replaced. 13 years. Fingers crossed. It cooled quickly and quietly. It was easy enough to put together and install. Love the remote control! Very happy with purchase
