Received this brass/metal lamp in a very timely fashion. But when I opened the box, I heard what appeared to be glass tinkling in the box. Tried pulling a few parts of the brass lamp upward and ran into some type of shards of glass or porcelain bits. Packing and package appeared intact, item must have gotten dropped somewhere en-route. Can't really rate item because it never got put together, nor placed into use. What I can comment on was Overstock's quick response when I contacted customer service. They credited my charge card within 2-3 days, and I am currently holding the item for probable inspection by FedEx. I declined taking a replacement lamp from Great Offer Stock because I was concerned that the light's glass parts and/or (2) light bulbs/filaments, which were included, were too fragile for shipping - that assumption could be wrong on my part!
