I have no idea which other sink(s) you are looking at, so I can't answer your first question. As far as your other question is concerned: yes, the vanity comes with the sink pictured. As I found out when I ordered it, the dimensions given are for the base not including the sink. The sink is about 15" deep while the base is the quoted 11" deep.
