I got this for my daughter a couple weeks after the birth of her son to replace the rocker/recliner that she had that just wasn't working for her. This was just right! Perfect size for the room and for her. She loves it and the nursing ottoman! I tried ordering from Wayfair, but they didn't have the right color combination I wanted plus this was a little cheaper and was to arrive sooner. It arrived even sooner than expected and my son in law had no trouble with the assembly. I will be purchasing a second one for my younger daughter due in August.

The arm rests should have thicker padding. Overall a very good rocker.

So soft, so comfy. Nice glide as opposed to rocking back and forth. Great while watching tv with wee ones..

This is well worth the price! All hardwood construction (in USA!) easy to put together and soooo comfortable! My only regret is not getting this sooner! The nursing foot rest is amazing for feedings and the cushions are so thick and comfy it's easy to love!

The Dutailier Glider is a nice Nursey glider. It has smooth motion and is very comfortable. I have been using it every since I had my baby and it has been so comfy when feeding my baby.

After trying out many many many different gliders, we settled on the Dutailier Reclining Glider. This was the only one we tried that felt comfortable and the ability to glide while reclined is definitely worth the additional price to us. The nursing ottoman is also a nice touch. When the nursing stand is out, the ottoman is locked into position. This is also one of the few chairs we tried that has a high enough back to support my head (I'm 5'11"). My only quibble is that the arm pads are simply wrapped around and not actually attached to the chair's arms. It is just a minor annoyance, but it is impossible for me to keep them from spinning around while I'm in the chair. We haven't had the chair long enough to speak to it's durability, but so far it seems rugged. Only time will tell. As an extra anecdote, we looked at the cheaper Stork Craft and Shermag recliners too. There were a lot of negative reviews online in terms of quality, and when we tried them out in the store, we were able to witness those critiques first hand: glider didn't actually recline, squeaking, and broken wood. The Dutailier floor model worked perfectly.

The espresso finish is much darker than it seems in the photo. It's really almost black. We returned the chair and special ordered the color we wanted (cherry) from a local retailer. Great Offer Stock was great in processing the return very quickly. Since it was an over-sized item, we had to bring it to a *** store (or we could have arranged pickup). We just printed out and attached the return label Great Offer Stock provided, and we were credited for the return within about a week. I can't comment on the actual chair yet because we have not received it.

I've had this chair for over a year now and it's still comfortable and useful. I've even napped on it. Love this set!

This rocker is great for new moms. It is comfortable!

I wasn't expecting the velvet fabric, and the bottom cushion seems a little thin. I haven't really used the chair for more than a couple minutes yet (not due for another month) but it does seem like good quality and will hopefully last a long time. I am glad I went with the nursing ottoman option, so I look forward to using that part.

My husband and I took forever to finally find a rocker/recliner that worked for both he and I and that was comfortable for breastfeeding. This is a great product at a great price point. It actually reclines (most Dutalier's do not), the cushions are comfy, it was very easy for my hubby to put it together and it looks great.
