Amazing Product - Love my Dupray Steamer Purchased my steamer to kill the bugs brought home from the local hospital stay. Nightmare. I tried pesticides and natural methods. I even had the house bombed twice. The only things that seemed to work on my peace of mind was steaming everything at 300 degrees, vacuuming with my new Heppa vacuum and using Kleen Green to dust all the shelves. The Dupray Steamer was and continues to be used on a regular basis. I used it Daily for weeks and now a few times a month. I am down to once a month and I steam couches, carpets, drapes, curtains, beds, pillows, car interior and carpets. It doesn't really work on stains when comet works faster. I also steam drains and air ducts, lamp shades but careful not to melt the lining underneath. Peace of mind has been achieved because of this amazing sturdy product by Dupray. I have used this steamer consecutively hour after hour until I have finished. I have to wait 20 plus minutes to cool down before filling up again but for fifty percent the savings so worth the expense for this older model. Wouldn't trade my Dupray steamer for any other brand. I have had no issues with the parts melting, everything is sturdy and strong and holds up to constant use. Very Dependable. Thank you Great Offer Stock for providing this steamer for the price I could afford.

Looked Like eBay used product from an Individual The box the Dupray One arrived in was an old tattered box. Pieces inside were just dumped in. The water tank still had water in it. No manual, no paperwork. I went on line to see how to use it. The machine does not perform like it is suppose to. There is no warning sound that the water is close to running out or is out. It took ages to clean a small area of my rug. I am going to see how it does on other surfaces. Not impressed with Overstock's version of "refurbished".

Dont recommend. It loses pressure in a few seconds and takes about 1-2 minutes to build back up. When the pressure is lost it's virtually useless. Also, steam comes out at 154 degrees F, which is not sufficient for killing germs quickly.
