The table and chairs, now finally assembled, are beautiful and I'm very happy with the finished product. Getting there, however, took almost a month.
The tabletop arrived severely damaged-- it looked like something heavy was dropped on top of the box and the tabletop cracked. I called Customer Service and while they were pleasant and helpful, it was a slow process to get a replacement sent. They said they were out of parts so they sent and entirely new set (table, chairs, the whole shebang). I had to pull out the pieces I needed (which was only the new tabletop) and have the rest shipped back to the warehouse. I'm not really sure why they couldn't have pulled a tabletop and sent that but hey, I'm not their director of operations.
Also be advised that this assembly requires powertools!
