This piece is pretty and the fabric feela durable. It's going in the spare room; a little hard but a mattress topper makes it comfy for two to sleep on. Super-quick delivery!

Returned the item. Very low and not at all comfortable.

looks kinda nice when you put it together but after you sit on it for a couple times the fabric starts to pull in strange places. Would be good for staging but not for real life at all.

Needed it for a small condo. good price.

It's very hard to clean if something spills on it. Now I have to buy a slipcover to go over it.

The futon was easy enough to assemble by myself. My UPS delivery man actually carried it on his shoulder upstairs to my door (which I would not have been able to do my self). The futon looks nice and is very supportive. I have not slept on it yet, but see where other guests mentioned that there is a dip in the center. 4 stars as two of my feet came in and they were seriously damaged. The parts are bagged separately not in the futon (as the directions indicated). Online support as listed in the directions to call if you had damage or questions was very helpful. They are in Canada so it took about 5 days to get the replacement parts.

I ended up having to buy a mattress foam topper because when it folds flat into the bed, there is a dip in the middle. Even though I looked at the dimensions and felt it was big enough, I don't think it is. Looks sharp though and fits well in the room.

This piece fits my studio space perfectly. The upholstery is of good quality and quite comfortable.

We purchased this for our guest/computer room and I love it, very stylish addition and very sturdy. Super easy to assemble.

My review on this is I love it I've seen futons before but that one like this it's easy and simple to put together holds up for what you need for it to do So if you're looking for a futon this is a real nice one especially the price with their axing for i so if you're looking for a futon this is a real nice one especially the price with their selling it for

I love the mid-century modern styling. I've had a couple of naps on it and was quite comfortable.
