Cooks well but not dishwasher safe
The Good: It heats up--and cools down quickly. The handle stays cool the whole time. Easy to clean just wipe down with cloth/napkin after its cooled up then wash with warm soap. The Bad: its not dishwasher safe. Though it is easy to clean by hand--this would be a nice feature to have. Other: used mostly to make arepas; warm up tortillas.

Great griddle!!
You cannot go wrong with Cuisinart! They make FABULOUS cookware! I use this griddle for quick grill cheese sandwiches and even pancakes or omelets.

While I usually grill steaks, I used the griddle this time. Steaks cooked beautifully! And clean up was easy. Griddle had a nice , even heat. Would definitely recommend.

seems well made and nothing sticks to this pan. melted cheese slides right off. The non-stick coating scratches kinda easy, especially when it's hot, but I do like this pan.

Happy to have this pan to assist in pancake-making Saturday mornings. Works great and is the perfect size. I am able to get four pancakes on at a time (1/4 cup batter for each one). Would recommend.
