Small thin blade. Had to do very small batches. Also unit very light and not substantial for a Cuisinart product.

I have had several regular and mini-prep food processors but none that actually chopped without pureeing parts of the item. This processor actually chops the food nicely with hardly any effort.

This food processor is a little powerhouse, for sure. At 4 cups, it's definitely large enough for the majority of prep work I'd need even during holidays. It's very well made, sits securely on the counter with no wobbling, the blades are sharp and sturdy, and the container isn't flimsy at all. Plus, you could leave it out on your counter if you use a food processor often - it looks THAT good! SO pleased with this purchase.

I use this all the time! There are only 2 of us so the size works perfect and it's not a pain to clean.

I had the smaller version and needed just a bit more. This 4-cup mini prep is awkwardly tall. Not sure I love it.

Works great and it's easy to use. The size of the cutting area is just right for small meal preparation. I'm happy to have this useful machine on my kitchen counter.

4 cup container is bent which makes it very hard to remove the top. Not sure if it came that way or melted in the dishwasher. Love the size but a chore to use

I think I have used this every single day since I purchased it, whether it's to chop a handful of garlic or to make egg salad, whatever, it's a must have.
