"can you use metal utensils with this cookware?"
High quality, great selection of pots and pans. I can’t wait to try them all. I use them on my gas stove with no issues-unlike the thinner, cheaper pots I’ve used before.

Cooked several meals with these at this point. Pan perform well. I like that they are oven safe to 500 degrees. That said they do have metal handles (for the oven) so they can get warm. Need to get some silicone holders. Looks like a good non-stick surface that should last many years. Seems to be even heating, at least from our glass top stove and easy to clean right after cooking.

I thought Cuisinart was an above good quality name, so I bought their chef classic cookware set, and right out of the extremely good packaging there were many damaged items. Rims of pans dented, scratches, and some areas were deep. So if you’re looking for a set without paying the high costs, stay far away from this product. I would not recommend this product to anyone due to the fact that my views have definitely changed with the Cuisinart name.

Beautiful and strong. These are heavy duty and completely flat on bottom, without any ridges, which i can appreciate since my last set rocked on my gas stove.

You're good breakfast to dinner with these
So far so good with these! I really don't wash my cookware in the dishwasher, but these held up well. However, I won't make a habit of that. Sturdy, relatively light, durable and met my expectations for what I paid. I would definitely recommend them.
