Great buy, very happy with it, only thing I don't give it 5 stars is because the outside gets as hot as the water and could burn you by mistake. Love this Kettle

I was really disappointed with the kettle. This is my 3rd refurbished product that I've bought from Great Offer Stock that didn't work properly, so I've learned my lesson. The kettle wouldn't boil water, so after 1 use its going back. Refurbished products are apparently not tested before being sold.

Was broken and never heated up the water at all.

I bought it for a weeding present for a freind in the middle of October

had an old Broan one that was not pleasing to the eye. Got this one and lined it up with all of the other stainless small appliances. Very sleek, love the temp settings. A little heavier than the old one but we love it as husband is a tea drinker who is fussy re temperature.

I love this item! I previously had a plastic electric kettle that began to degrade and give off plastic particles in the water, so I chose a stainless steel one this time. Other than it being a little heavy, which I expected, I love it. I can see how much water is in the kettle, and it beeps when the water is heated to the correct temperature. I especially like that you can select different settings. I mostly drink tea and usually use the boil setting, but I can also select a different setting if making green tea, oolong, or something else.

UPDATE: ORDERED A REFURBED UNIT FROM HERE, IT DIED IN THREE MONTHS. NO THREE YEAR WARRANTY LIKE ON THE ORIGINAL. SO SKIP THIS, IT WASN'T WORTH THE *** SAVINGS OFF THE SALES PRICE. OBVIOUSLY THE KETTLE HAS ISSUES. I GOT THIS FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT A FEW YEARS AGO, WHEN IT STOPPED WORKING I MISSED IT TERRIBLY AND DESPITE MY HUSBAND'S ASSURANCES THAT HE COULD FIX IT, I ORDERED THIS ONE FROM Great Offer Stock AT A GOOD PRICE AND ITS THE SAME AS THE OTHER ONE THAT I AM STILL WAITING FOR HUBBY TO REPAIR

I bought it for making tea but find that I use it when I need boiling water for cooking because it boils water much faster then the stove. I highly recommend this kettle. It looks really nice to.

I thought this was just a gimmick, but I am now a believer. My green tea has never tasted so good since using this kettle and having the water heated to the proper temperature.

I bought this electric kettle (refurbished) as my parents own the same brand, and I use it frequently when I come home to visit. The kettle works great! Quick to heat water (I use it primarily for tea and pour-over coffee), and I love the "keep warm" feature. Would definitely recommend!

This replaced my last cuisinart that lasted over 8 years. I love the option to keep the water warm when I forget that I turned it on.

My green tea no longer tastes like hot garbage!

I have had many water heaters but this one is the best because of three factors. First, it has many temperature presets - very convenient and you do not get the water overheated. Second, it heats water very fast. You can literally stand next to it to wait for the water heats up. Third, it uses high quality stainless steel. Water heaters from other manufacturers, while claiming to be stainless steel, actually peel off some kind of metal after a year or so - kind of dangerous. I highly recommend this.

I love this item, it is a must have if you're an avid tea drinker. It's also great for a boil if you want to use your french press.
