I have used this 6 times now and have had less than two weeks! The clean up is absolutley a breeze!! Pasta....four minutes.....cubed steak....4 mins.....so simple. Very very happy!

This is my all time favorite thing to use when it comes to meal prepping. It fits nicely in our kitchen and is so easy to use. I boiled one dozen eggs in 9 minutes! Purchase this pressure cooker, you WILL NOT regret it!

I have been wanting a good Pressure Cooker, so I Purchased this Cuisinart CPC 600, and glad I did. It cooks fast and the finished cooked foods were excellent. Couldn't have purchased a better Pressure Cooker.

I've only used this one time so far, pork chops. They were great! I look forward to using this a lot more in the future. Lots of recipes online.

This item is NOT stainless stee.l It's a nonstick coating which I don't want! It was supposed to be a gift for myself, my very first pressure cooker. I am a Professional Truck Driver who cooks most of my meals when out on the road. So frustrated! Never even opened it or returned it. I just donated it to the church. Will not buy again.

I have always had a stovetop pressure cooker. My family favorite, Big batches of mashed potatoes in 10 minutes a must . Chicken and dumplings are excellent. Easy to clean. Frees up burner space on the stove for big holiday meals. Keeps food warm . I wouldn't be without one.

I'm a little afraid of pressure cookers. I feel like I'm going to set it wrong but this one is actually pretty fool proof. There aren't very many buttons. It's pretty self explanatory and it comes with a booklet that helps you figure out the cook times for different things. My husband who is a chef likes to use it to make beans. He won't even soak the beans beforehand. He'll make some chicken stock, pour it in the pressure cooker, put the beans in, and they're done in 40 minutes.

First of all, this is Cuisinart, folks. I have lots of different products from various brands - but Cuisinart is one you can look around my kitchen and see everywhere. Why? They are dependable products. Now, I have held off on the purchase of a pressure cooker for YEARS because I was always afraid of it exploding on me...and my kitchen. I had heard the horror stories that my grandmother told me of her stovetop pressure cooker. So, I was leery of the safety and efficacy of the electric version as well. My biggest regret is not buy this SOONER!!! It's like a crock pot, but fast!! It's totally safe and the kids love to watch the pressure release when I use it hahaha. It is simple and there are a million recipes out there on Pinterest and the world wide web that can guide you! Since purchasing it less than a month ago, I have used it several times for chicken (that tastes and has the texture of slow cooked chicken), beef (probably my favorite), a breakfast casserole, and even pasta!!! I look forward to using this for many other things as well, like dried beans.

I have loved how fast this will cook - especially when I don't have time to set the slow cooker in the morning before work. It is easy to use and easy to clean and everything I have made has been delicious! So many recipes to google and find on Pinterest and it has helped us stay on our Paleo/Ketogenic eating plan .... Would highly recommend every kitchen have one - especially busy families.

Seems like it'd be great, right? It's smaller than I thought the pot inside would be. It cooks pretty good, but any meats have to be small pieces, as well as potatoes, or it takes forever to cook... I wanted to love it!

Thought I could use this with canning. Not so much. Good for cooking but not for a two person household.
