I bought this last year. works great but the lid has a protruding plastic part that goes into the grove at the back to start the chopper. while one day, the lid slipped out of my hands and that protruding part broke. Now the chopper doesn't work. It has two year warranty, however,( I don't have the receipt as i had full faith in this brand and never thought I will need it) I was told that I will have to pay for the part. I think it should be made out of unbreakable plastic that can handle small drops. Bad choice of Materials for the cup.

Read MoreI bought this a while ago but just started using it about a year ago. I probably use it 1-2 times a week for chopping onions, garlic and recently carrots. I cut the carrots quite small to start, but this chopper is not built for them. I checked the instructions/recipe book and carrots are not on the list. I should have checked earlier. If you stick to foods listed in the instructions, this is a good little machine.

Read MoreI've had this little chopper for about two years now and it has performed flawlessly. It does everything I want it to do, and then some. It is made of heavy cast metal, not cheap plastic, and is very sturdy. It chops and grinds like a dream and clean-up is effortless. Simple, easy, and effective . just the way I like it. To to it off, I got it at a real bargain for only $**** (last item, with no box). You simply cannot go wrong with this little gem if you use it the way it was intended light chopping and grinding, and pureeing. Yes, I am a skilled home cook and I highly recommend it!
