Exactly what I was looking for in grey color/ size/ attractiveness & extra storage (had terrific reviews)- arrived quickly - then lifted the lid gently to get the legs & one of the two hinges which have wood screws pulled right out of the frame-they had not been properly seated at the factory - not a quick fix ( I'm handy with tools but needed professional help)- Great Offer Stock customer service helped me out beautifully - so I didn't have to return- I really love this ottoman & have had many compliments-perhaps my favorite piece from Great Offer Stock - It could have been an easy 5 star but though I think my problem would be a rare occurrence ( hopefully), wanted you to know about it

Beautiful and functional
We needed some storage space for blankets, pillows and remote controls. This ottoman perfectly solved that need. The color is exactly as photographed on Great Offer Stock and this baby holds a lot of stuff! The lifting hinges are hydraulic which is nice when your hands are full and you need to get into the ottoman. A small movement to open starts the lift which the hinges finish very gently and fully opens for easy access to what's inside. The feet were easy to screw in, and I removed the small plastic guides on the bottom of the feet with self adhesive sliders. That way we can push the ottoman around as needed.

This is the perfect size ottoman for my sectional couch and it holds all of my board games and some blankets too! It serves as a cozy foot rest and looks elegant as well. A great buy.
