The umbrella broke within 3 weeks . wont stay up, faded immediately. Had to purchase an additional base for * bucks just to get it to stand up. read small print...not included. base cost more than umbrella. then umbrella broke. Got no help from Customer service. product was sold out. and too big to figure out how to return it.

THIS IS UNSTABLE IN A WIND, ITEM WAS RETURNED

This is a terrible umbrella!! First of all, it doesn't come with a weighted stand, so you have to put cinder blocks on the base to weigh it down, even then it is not stable. With even the slightest breeze it swings out of control. The worst part is that when it broke ( 1 month after I purchased it) I called customer service, they asked me to take a picture of where it broke (the cable) and e-mail the picture for a refund. I did this and no one ever got back to me. Horrible customer service, horrible product.

The lime green umbrella is so bright and summery looking. The base isn't that great- a slight breeze can knock it over. I had to get some bricks to keep it from toppling over until I get a better base or sand bags as someone suggested.

Very nice, big and vibrant color umbrella. The base can't hold the umbrella, but nothing a bag of sand can't fix.

it is a little wobbly in the wind, and you absolutely need the base (sold separately), but overall, it looks good in our back yard. not bad for the price!

Received this umbrella yesterday and put it together in 5 minutes. I did a lot of research on offset umbrellas and for the price, this one fits the bill. I also liked that it came in many colors - not just tan.

My Umbrella arrived as expected but was disappointed that it had nicks and scratches on the handle crank. I exchanged it and the second picture was better but still had minor scratches. I had originally purchased this for an open house and due to the condition of the original umbrella, I had to purchase something else in a hurry for the event. Although I now have the somewhat better umbrella and utilized it in another location...it has been an absolute chore to get my account resolved. One positive note; I have received many compliments on the umbrella and the turquoise color is absolutely beautiful and very vibrant.

The entire umbrella and stand keeps tipping in the slightest breeze. Bought it for the deck, so there is no way to secure it. Without a weighted bottom, this is garbage.

Good quality construction. Not cheap looking. Excellent value for the price.

Love that it was available in Aqua such a beautiful color!! Quality is just ok .. you get what you pay for. Kinda sad it didn't come with a Tie Back to hold it together when its closed. I had to improvise and made my own or it just flaps around in the slightest breeze.

I don't have a huge yard so I was worried that this umbrella might have been to large for the space after I placed the order. To my pleasant surprise it wasn't. It's the perfect size and looks great!

We purchased the turquoise blue umbrella for our patio area and it looks so good out there! its bright and big enough to cover the seating area perfectly, assembly was fairly easy and it arrived in a timely manner. As recomended, we did place large stones on the base to keep it securly grounded. Thank you Great Offer Stock will definetly order from your site again!

It looks pretty at first ! That's pretty much all! Bad quality, doesn't handle well even a little bit of wind and not even 10 days in mostly closed - It end up loosing one of the screws that holds the whole system! Crappy item - That all I can say! I am really not happy.
