Pretty outside only Bought this chair after much research and end of my search exasperation. Based on mixed reviews across the web, I took a risk anyway. Though it looks adorable it is extremely uncomfortable and the question is as hard as a rock . I will have to either we stuff the cushion or buy a large pillow to sit on. Unless you like a firm rocker I would not buy this. 9/12/17 Follow up review. Aside from the curb appeal of this chair, I do not recommend for a nursery rocker. There is no support and is very awkward, uncomfortable and just plain hard to rock a child in. I adjusted my review to one star.

Wide and sturdy rocker We bought this rocker for our nursery after I fell in love with a similar one from Pottery Barn. This is our third baby and I didn't want to spend too much money on "nursery furniture" - this rocker has a great price point and the quality is also great. It's pretty wide which means plenty of room for any extra pillows (such as nursing pillows). The seat is not the comfiest but definitely comfy enough. Oh and it is definitely NOT white (like it looks like in the picture) but rather a beige or natural color. Didn't make a huge difference to us but it might to some.

Amazing rocker for the price This chair is beautiful. It's sturdy, has a wide seat, nice fabric and the wood legs are the perfect color. The back has no cushion so I didn't expect it to be super comfy, but adding a pillow won't be a problem. For the price, it's amazing!
