I slept on it two nights before I began waking up with pain daily. If you like or need firm, do not buy this. I complained and was told that I could've return. I may have to try to sell, or buy another somewhere else.

Mattress because very soft in spots and hard in others. Also gets very hot when trying to sleep on it.

This item came in earlier then expected my girlfriend and I love the new mattress I would deff recommend this product.

Great mattress at a great price. Slept on this mattress at a friend's and liked it enough to replace my mattress that cost three times as much.

I bought this mattress 2 years ago in the soft version. It was great at first but over time I feel it sag to the point where I wake up in pain. I rotated it and slept on the edges but it eventually sagged too. I even flipped it upside down just to try to alleviate the pain. I'm now sleeping on the floor and I feel much better than sleeping on this mattress.

Love this mattress ... too bad i ordered a full by accident instead of a Queen lol but it is very comfortable.

This is our second purchase of this mattress. For the price I was expecting something thin that would wear out quickly, however my daughter has had her mattress for 4 years and is still just like new. We recently purchased the same one for my son and they are both so comfortable we may end up buying the same one for our king size bed. We have the medium/firm selection and it is definitely on the firm side but that is what we like in a mattress. Would absolutely recommend!

Firm, but comfy, though it can be a little hot because the mattress doesn't breathe well. Overall, well worth the price; i just sleep with a sheet :)

It's a little stiff for my liking, but overall I'm satisfied. It was easy to get upstairs and unpack. It's comfy, yet supportive.

This mattress felt great for a while but after a year and a half the mattress is sagging and extremely uncomfortable to sleep on it. I had this mattress on a good condition box spring and took good care of it but it didn't last long enough to justify the price.

I have purchased two of these beds. For the price, I would definitely recommend. Our first one was purchased as a guest bed and after the teenager tried it out, we had to order a second!

I bought this mattress more than a year ago (maybe even two?) and I absolutely love coming home to it. When I'm traveling, I miss it. It is the best.

I have purchased a queen size, medium, a queen size, soft and a full size, soft for my 3 children - they all love their mattresses! They are so comfortable!! The delivery was great and the mattresses were perfect right out of the box - no odors at all - you really can't beat these mattresses for the price - I think they are a great value!!! If you are on the fence as I was, I would highly recommend that you buy this mattress - we couldn't be happier with our purchases.

This is my 3.5-year review of this product. I bought the medium version of this. Memory foam mattresses by far are better than spring mattresses. This one I've had for 3 years and it's done the job well. This one can trap heat in so it might be a bit hot depending where you live. Even after 3.5 years it still works. I have moved on to a queen size but different brand because this one doesn't have gel to keep yourself cool during those hot nights.

I bought 2 of these mattresses and love the comfort and support. It has releaved the pain in my hip I used to suffer from! I highly recommend this mattress.

It feels like a very firm water bed. It moves with you and supports your body well when laying on your side. I'm purchasing the same mattress for my 62 yr old mom for Christmas. She's going to love it.
