Cheaply Constructed This sectional was mostly a rip-off. I expected this to be of better quality for the price, however I would have been much better off shopping at a local store and finding something superior in quality and equal in price. I even had to put together this couch; that could have been an oversight on my part, I’m not sure. This couch set is incredibly uncomfortable and is generally painful to sit in. Only a few slats of wood and some cheap elastic straps suspend the cushions. (See photos) As you can imagine, the straps allow you to sink and the parts where a wood support is are hard. You basically have to sit on a hard edge, or sink in between. This dictates the several areas you can really sit on the entire couch; forget about trying to lay sideways. The only “relatively” comfortable part is on the side with the chaise, however the large end cushion effortlessly tries to separate and even slide right off of the frame. There are no velcro straps to keep it from sliding. All-in-all, this couch has become worn over the month or so I’ve had it making the above that much worse. I would have sent it back, but the entire process to convert it back to its compacted delivery would be painful. I will eat the crap I bought and buy something new later this year…not online…Final words: this is the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever personally sat in.
