Read MoreI purchased this Wicker Tear Drop last spring. After 3 months the chain and screws started rusting and the long stand retains water, and also the frame of the swing. after it rains rust leaks out of the pipes staining my beautiful deck. I cannot believe that Christopher Knight would use such cheap materials. Do not buy this chair if you are going to leave it on your deck. I am very unhappy and will never purchase any of his chairs.
Read MoreReally enjoy using this swing in my house. I sit in it practically everyday and longer on the weekends. Slept on it after long evenings. Had for almsot 2 years now. Only negative point is the seatcushion isn't very thick. The bands on the bottom stretches thus making a big hole that cradles your butt. I first added a doggy pillow underneath it which makes it nice and soft but a bit too bulky so bought a bell seat at Costcos for it. Does the job to but your butt up but a bit firm.
Read MoreGreat addition to my back patio. Not too difficult to put together.
Read MoreSuper fun to look at even though large people should avoid using it as it isn't very stable. We love it anyway.
Read MoreThis chair is very comfortable and I have found that as an Education Specialist, this chair is wonderful for my students with sensory integration problems...
Read MoreComfy chair and absolutely love it!
Read MoreI really like the swing however I ran into 2 problems as I was assembly the pieces. The paint on the stand keep falling off and that tell me that this color won't last long. Another problem I had was the part for screw. The hole didn't match with the stand. I have to have get someone to make the hole bigger in order to be able to screw the stand together. Otherwise, the swing a nice statement piece for my deck. Update: I received the chair on 8/11/16 and today is 8/24. I used the chair for 2 weeks maybe?!?! One of the wicker strap already broke on the bottom. I weight 110lb.. So it can't be my weight problem.. The material is not well made. I'm so mad and wanting to return this chair, but I don't have the box anymore.
Read MorePurchased the outdoor swing chair for our outdoor patio next to our garage area. It came with the large stand (which we didn't need) because we hung the chair right from the rafters and it looks great. Assembled the stand before hand but it does teeter back and forth and can tip when the kids really start having fun in it. The chair itself took us about 25 minutes to put together, wasn't bad at all, and easy to assemble. Kids and I love the swing chair, easy to get into and large enough to sit and relax, wish it was just a tad deeper so you can sit inside of the whole thing, but it will certainly do - the kids fight to see who will sit inside daily.
Read MoreI have wanted one of these for a long time. Now I have it... It is fun to sit in.. Love it. Thanks.
Read MoreLooks great, made pretty well. After some usage the webbing shifted some and some sharper edges are exposed. Would still purchase again. Was not fun putting together but not hard.
Read MoreThis swing is beautiful, comes together easily (you will need someone to help you bolt the four pieces of the chair together at the very least), and is complete with cushions - a nice added bonus. The cushions are lightweight, but very comfortable. I'd recommend purchasing some sheet straps - the kind with the metal "claws" on the ends - to secure the cushions to the frame because they will not stay on otherwise. This chair has tipped over on us a few times. At first, we thought it was because we'd briefly moved it onto a flat area of our back lawn to allow for a few more seats to be set out along the patio. However, after moving it back onto the patio itself, it's tipped over a few more times - twice with men under 250lbs, and twice with a 53-pound child on it. It seems stable enough if one is simply sitting, but if rocking a bit or swinging a little, it's not reliably sturdy. Also, although the metal frame is wrapped with plastic stripping that resembles wicker, it's not completely wrapped - the edges that have to be bolted together are exposed, and they can scratch the support pole, skin or anything you may set the chair next to. It is definitely beautiful, but now that I'm concerned as to its safe use, I wish I had purchased something different.
Read MoreVery easy to assemble, and it's definitely a statement piece on my patio
Read Moreit is comfortable and sturdy
Read MoreUpon receiving my Tear Drop Swinging Chair, I couldn't wait to assemble and get it out on patio. It's the statement peice amongst all the peices of furniture I have displayed in my backyard. Everyone wants to sit in it. I would be wrong not to mention that it's not accommodating for all body types but it is an extremely comfortable peice.
Read Moresturdy enough and looks great!!
Read MoreWe purchased this for our 13 year old daughter who had seen one like this at Pier One and wanted it. It was fairly easy to assemble and she has it in her bedroom and sits in it reading daily. It is attractive nad she really enjoys it. Am thinking of getting a few more to place on our screen porch.
Read MoreThis may be the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in..easy to put together as well!!
Read MoreBest price because I did shop around for this and the best price was here; awesome chair
Read MoreWe bought one of these last summer, but too late to put it outside. We set it up in the house and our 2 pre-teen daughters have loved it so much, we bought another one. They are sturdy and comfortable - and look fun and chic! Both girls (combined weight ~ 160 lbs) sit in it together. We wanted a second one so their friends would have a place to sit - and they wouldn't all fight for a seat in the swinging chair. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
