This is a well designed piece of furniture - I love the way it looks in my living room, the cabinet is a classic style, the flame is so realistic and soothing. I don't need the heater in this 90 degree weather but put it on to check and it threw out a lot of heat. I am older so I asked my 14 year old grandson to assemble this and it only took him about 90 minutes with no trouble - he checked as he unpacked and commented that he liked the fact that all pieces were labeled clearly so that assembly was easy following the instructions.
