The chair has nice details and looks great in my home but I tend to always fall asleep when fully reclined... The one draw back is the foot rest, while comfortable, it's difficult retract as the spring is very stiff. Other than that, it's an all around nice chair for the money...

I am 72 years old, 6'-1" and 250 lbs. I replaced a 13 year old recliner with this chair. The old chair was very low and hard to get in and out of. This one is higher and is much easier to get in and out of. The support is nice and firm also. This is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. Comes in 4 pieces and no tools are required to assemble. Just slide brackets together and snap them in.

I'm very happy with these chairs, I bought two to replace a reclining love seat we had. They look great and are super comfy. We had company last night for the first time since getting them, and they all commented on how comfy they are! Plus, at the price we got them for, they are a steal! We got the black, which looks great, and the brown stitching perfectly matches our couch in the same room! We were super leary to buy furniture online, but based on the great reviews for this piece we went for it, I'm glad we did! "Assembly" took like 5 minutes. It's really just snapping pieces in place. I will say, a few negatives, they sit very high when not reclined, as in my feet don't touch the ground when I sit up straight (I'm 5'5"). Also they are kind of on the big side, so definitely look at your space and the measurements. The last thing is that one of the back side piece on both chairs is about an inch to high, leaving a gap between it and the arm rest. I'm probably the only person that will ever notice it, but it did bug me at first. It's the same side on both chairs, so I can only assume it's poor design. All in all, still a fantastic find!

I was concerned about purchasing on line without having seen the chair but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and is as the picture and description depicts. Very sturdy, wide and comfortable. I love it. I glides so easy, as if sitting in a rocking chair. Reclines easily. Assembly requires attaching the back and wings by sliding one track onto another. I am a 79 year old woman and it was so easy for me with no help from another.

Awesome fit for my tall hubby
I bought the chair for my 6'4" 260 lb. husband who suffers from a past back injury. His last recliner was so low to the ground that he would just plop into the chair. The height of the seat of this chair allows him to sit and just relax. I am 5' tall, and my feet don't touch the floor. But, this chair isn't the only one I have that issue with. The style of our home is a mix of rustic (for him) with contemporary accents (for me), and this chair fits beautifully with the architectural and décor style. I would have given it five stars had it not come with a small tear in the very top of the back of the chair. It isn't noticeable but would have been nice to have no defects.
