Well built, solid material, easy to assemble, all the parts fit. What a pleasant surprise from the cheaper articles that look good but are poorly manufactured. I almost wanted to write a letter of thanks to Charbroil. A TRULY excellent product.

This product never arrived. I was given a refund of the purchase price, which I felt was a fair and equitable way to deal with the problem. The service personnel were polite and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved quickly.
