Exactly what I hoped for! This rug is beautiful and really made my living room come together. I had read reviews where people said they used it outdoors, but to me this rug is so soft and plush that it's hard for me to imagine this being used as an outside rugh unless it's a closed in porch. My kids can play on it without me stressing about it getting ruined and it's in a high traffic area - and I've yet to have to even vacuum it even one time since I purchased it a month ago. I had initially purchased a different wool rug, but I quickly saw that in order to maintain it looking clean it would require me to vacuum it everyday, so I returned it because it wasn't practical with 3 kids. This rug is not like that at all. It is the perfect rug for our living room with three little kids and I can already tell that removing stains and cleaning it will be a breeze. Win win for me!
