Great chair - issue with the legs I have to say I love the chair. Not only does it look stylish in my office, but it's comfortable to sit in as well. I'm giving it a 4 star rating because when it arrived, it appeared to not have legs. My team and I looked everywhere and couldn't find them. I messaged and called Great Offer Stock customer support, and was told someone would help me soon, but I didn't hear back for 3 days. Three days with my office chair sitting on the ground. Anyway, when I did hear from customer support finally, they informed me that the legs were hidden in a velcro pouch on the bottom of the chair. Sure enough the legs were there. I need to stress that no less than 6 people in my office couldn't find the legs. The pouch is so well hidden. So hopefully if people want the chair, they will read this review and know that the legs are there just really really well hidden.
