Poor quality I ordered two chairs. One had holes that were too small for the screws provided. I was able to screw in the legs half way, then the screw stopped as it was stripped. I stripped them trying to back them out. I called CS and they sent another chair, but no legs were included. I had to saw through the bad chair's bolts then attached them to the new chair. Of course they are scratched because the saw hit the legs a few times. The chairs are better for side chairs not end chairs. Their wing backs are not "grand" enough or large enough relative to the Restoration Hardware side chairs we have.
