What a great little helper. I like this steamer so much I'm ordering another. Handy to have one on each floor of the house. Steam lasts long enough for me to clean two bathrooms; refill water heats up quickly. Lightweight and easy to hold, nice long cord eliminates constantly unplugging to find another outlet. BTW, I tried it on an upholstery stain --figured the sofa couldn't look any worse--and it worked. (I don't advocate this--just telling you my experience). I didn't touch the steamer nozzle to the surface and used the pad supplied with the appliance. Whaddya know--the sofa looks better than after the professional cleaner worked on it.

Love this device. I cleaned windows, grout. a sliding door rails and it is awesome. Has more tools than my previous one which I was replacing with the Bissel. My sliding door glass has never been clearer.

Great little tool I am thoroughly enjoying this steamer. It amazes me how it just blasts away grime, significantly reducing my scrubbing. My favorite things to clean with it are the toilet and the refrigerator (don't worry, I wash my hands in between, and I only use the blast feature). I have two little boys, one of whom cannot seem to aim correctly, so the messes he makes are widespread. This even gets urine out from underneath the base of the toilet. Very gross, but I'm glad I can get at it now instead of leaving our bathrooms smelling like they belong at a gas station. I'm glad I bought this, and I recommend it to all moms of boys, and any others enemies of grime.

Bissell Steam Cleaner Easy to use and cleans tough grimy areas very quickly. Made faucets and stove shine with little effort. The only area it didn't work was on baked on grease in the oven of the house we bought...probably there for 10 years so would take a miracle on that!

Enjoy Cleaning I actually enjoy cleaning with this. Works perfectly and is a wonderful sanitizer without needing harsh chemical cleaners. You can use it on anything and all the different attachments are wonderful.

I don't use chemicals, the steam shot is great! I have been using the steam cleaner on spots on the carpet. It works very well without discoloring it. I have also used it to clean the outside window edges. I tried on tile and it sure cleans it, no scrubbing anymore. What is of outmost importance for me is the fact that I don't use chemicals for these asks. The only drawback is the size of the water tank. It takes 6 oz of water that finishes rather quickly. You have to wait 2 minutes for it to cool down and 2-1/2 to warm up after refill.
