Good, quality construction. Enough storage inside for legal documents. A bit heavy, especially if storing things inside, to move around easily. Initially, it would make a crushing sound if you sat on it, or even put your feet up on it, but that has stopped now. Maybe it just needed to be broken in? I am very happy with it.

Has the look and quality of a more expensive brand

This was exactly what I was looking for and it looks great with my leather arm chair. It has more space than I thought it would inside, which is great. I will say it is pretty hard, which I was concerned would be uncomfortable, but its really not a big deal.

This ottoman is even prettier than the pictures here show, we were blown away when we opened it. It is a bit smaller than the usual big storage ottoman but fits perfectly against our sofa chair. Also, the lid is not stiff/strong enough to sit on. Feet are fine, but that's about all the weight it will take.

arrived very fast. it was just like the picture. very roomy. the top lifts open with ease. not strong enough to sit on unless you are a child.

I have a dark brown leather arm chair that I use as my reading chair. I wanted something that would compliment the color of the chair that I could put my feet upon to get cozy. Saw this rattan ottoman and ordered it. It is more beautiful in person than the photo indicates. The colors are rich and it is solidly built. The best part is the storage - when company comes I can stuff it full of books, blanket, etc. to neaten up the room.

I bought it to go in front of a deep red leather chair...it gives a touch of warmth and texture to my family room...appears to be well made. Also, it's a very good size...looks great with my large comfy leather chair!

Very nice - nice wood encased interior. Hopefully the rattan will hold up if I actually keep my feet on it. The design is great and large interior.
