I had been looking for a new full size metal bed to replace a very nice king size bed that was totally engulfing my apartment main bedroom. I eventually found this bed and ordered. When it arrived, in 3 big heavy boxes, there was some damage to the biggest box, although the carrier said that some of it was due to the liftgate on his truck. It took quite awhile to open and unload the boxes, but I saw no immediate damage. Even just laying on the floor in pieces, I was thrilled to see how pretty it was, and how it would nicely match my existing bedroom furniture. When I finished sorting out the hardware, which was timely, I followed the instructions and began attaching the left side frame to the headboard. Immediately, I ran into trouble - the 5/8" bolt did not extend long enough to the corresponding hole. I removed the 2 washers and tried again - I was able to finally tighten the bolt, but it wasn't attached by much. The lower bolt attachment was better, but when I tried to insert the headboard into the frame, the alignment was off and I had to somewhat force the two together. On the right side, I had trouble with the bolts again, but they did work. However, the alignment was off by approx. 3/4", and there was no way to force the metal frame and headboard together. I gave up in frustration. I called Great Offer Stock and their customer rep was very nice, arranging for the carrier to come pick up the boxes in only 2 days, with no charge to me for shipping. The hard part was putting all the pieces and hardware and cardboard and styrofoam and bubble wrappers and outside straps back into the boxes in some semblance of order. I ran out of shipping tape when closing the boxes, and had to run to the store to get more. What a mess. So the carrier came to get them, but there were only 2 shipping labels, not 3. He took the 2 boxes and I called Great Offer Stock to arrange for another pickup shipping label. In a few days, the carrier came for the 3rd box. I will say when I talked to several different customer service reps, they were all very nice and helpful, and I received the total refund as the third box was on its way back to the warehouse. I appreciated that, as I had already had my old king size bed removed. Because of their helpful service, I tried to find another bed through them, but couldn't find exactly what I needed. I didn't find anything as pretty as the LeAnn bed no matter where I shopped, but I eventually found a suitable replacement.
