I am actually excited to be able to write this review. We've been having mattress drama for a few years - purchased a ***** and*********** Mattress for over $***** and wound up hating it after on a few months. Sagging and lumps started almost immediately! Paid to have the warranty team come check it out, only to be told that we missed having a warranty claim by 1/8"! Had heard a ton of Casper Mattress ads, sounded like that would be the answer, and for $*** and a 100 day in home trial, I figured "Why not?" 30 days later, I knew - just too hard. The Casper did nothing to alleviate my back pain. My brother recommended Great Offer Stock, and their Praxis Mattress. We checked - no longer in stock,but we found the Hotel Collection. It looked exactly like the Praxis Model, and the reviews were terrific and it was on sale of $***. So - even with a no return policy - I look a leap of faith and ordered one. Shipping was lightening fast - came in a few days, but the mattress had a 5 inch tear in the cover! Still, we set it up - yes, gassey smell for the first few days, blah, blah - it went away - and from the first night - BLISS. No back pain! We called customer service, who were 100% top notch great - sent pictures of the damaged mattress cover and they sent us a replacement mattress within days. Where do you get customer service like that anymore? Not many places! The replacement came and it's perfect. For the price, I think this is the best mattress buy out there. We could not be happier with the Mattress OR with Great Offer Stock. Customers for life!
