Mattress It's way more firm than I expected, hopefully I'll get used to it. I really wish I could have exchanged it, but I would want all my money back, not partial, plus shipping would be way too much. It took too long to get just because the delivery company only called my house phone which had no answering machine. They should have emailed me when they couldn't speak to me to schedule delivery once it got to them. But that's their fault, not Overstock's.

MUCH firmer than expected I expected a luxury pillow top to be more comfortable than this bed is. It is extremely firm. After 2 months the side I sleep on is beginning to conform and is not returning to it's original shape. It is not what I would call memory foam. Also the cool gel is not "cool" and I sleep with the air conditioner running all night. It is difficult to select the perfect type of bed without sleeping on it. The delivery was professional and quick and they were actually 10 minutes early-refreshing!

Love, Love, Love it! I absolutely LOVE my new mattress, it is so comfortable. I don't have to use a pillow underneath my back when I sleep as I did before. It is great. I generally do not want to get out of bed unless I have to :)... I generally had back pains when I slept on my old mattress but this new one -- Heck NO! I am perfectly fine. Highly recommend...

Best Sleep I've Ever Had PRICE We love this bed and are very satisfied with the price we found here on Great Offer Stock. Admittedly, this is an expensive price for a bed, however it is at least 25 percent lower than what we saw at the national mattress store (*** * *****). SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I suppose buying a bed online can be dangerous -- they say you need to lay on it, and it's non-returnable! However, we did go into the nearest location of a mattress store, "tried on" several different beds and firmness levels, and decided which brand (Simmons Recharge World Class), size, and firmness (luxury firm) we wanted before shopping around for better deals. That is how we found this bed on Great Offer Stock. MODEL NAME Note that all mattress stores give different model names, eg Sea Glen, Robin, etc, so that customers can't compare prices or price match directly. What a crock! Knowing this, and knowing that all of the Simmons Recharge beds in Luxury Firm should be pretty consistent, we took the plunge on this. DELIVERY It was delivered promptly in about 10 days. I received a call from the delivery company prior to delivery to confirm the delivery date, and a four hour window of time. They actually arrived about 15 minutes early! They were very efficient in bringing in, unwrapping, assembling, and cleaning out the packaging, and we're out of there within 10 minutes. RESULTS And the bed? Heaven. So worth the big price tag.
