Have had this for five months now. Very firm, very comfortable.

I HATE this thing! It's so stiff and hard as a rock! I bought a 3" foam topper for it AND a thick padded mattress pad and it's STILL horribly firm and stiff. I wake up feeling like I've been in a car wreck! Great Offer Stock will not accept it back since I opened it and used it, so I guess I'm stuck! This is the 5th mattress set I've purchased from Great Offer Stock and this is the one and only time I have been dissatisfied. DO NOT BUY THIS unless you want to wake up in pain all night long! I even had to go to the doctor yesterday and ask for prescription pain meds because of this horrid mattress set! AWFUL!!!! I swear I think it was constructed using concrete slabs! And I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, so if you are reading this, just know that this review was much deserved!

I'm an average 155 pound female I've slept on this mattress since October. You can feel springs move and my body shape already embedded in mattress. Not anywhere near the quality I expected. I took pictures in hope to post but don't see how.

great buy. good price, easy delivery. it does feel like a luxury mattress.

Already slightly sagging after only a few weeks, yet feels very hard. And who doesn't put handles on a king size mattress??? Going from a ******r to this feels like going from a Porsche to a Pinto!

My matress is very firm and supports my back nicely. This is especially important since I suffer from back pain. I sleep comfortably and it also supports and aligns my hips to relieve pressure. I'm very happy of my selection and the delivery men were very courteous and professional.

Mattress felt great. Found a better deal in town so I ended up returning it.

Trying to get a deal on a mattress online isn't the best way to go. We are ok with this mattress but I've had better and I feel like it doesn't form to our bodies well. Both my wife and I tend to wake up stiff and with back issues ever since we got it.

Scored this mattress on black friday deal and it's awesome! Nice and firm, my kids love to jump on it too :)

Lovely king set. I was looking for a firm mattress and it is exactly as advertised. My guess is that I will be sleeping on this mattress for years and years - very well made.

Ordered the mattress on cyber Monday. Received the mattress on 12/8. We already two deep dips on both sides of the bed. We noticed the dips around 12/16. People have said "well you should have expected it for buying it online" but I disagree. We aren't the first review to have this feedback so I would have to believe it is a product integrity issue as opposed to a one off case. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing to have this problem so quickly. I am waiting to hear back from Great Offer Stock to see what our options are to resolve this problem. To speak on the firmness, it was exactly what we were looking for. It is v firm. Which is what my fiance and I were seeking. So to be fair, the firmness does come as advertised. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would say it is about a 8.5.

I think this mattress is terribly low quality for even the discount price. It has huge indentations after four months of use (and a big hill in the middle between my husband and I). I only weigh 127, and my husband is 185, so it's not like we are extra big. It's very firm, and even a two inch topper didn't help. It took 8 weeks to arrive, which was crazy. I'm thrilled to finally have a king sized bed so I don't get accidentally elbowed in the night by my husband, but otherwise this was a terrible choice. I also think that it's ridiculous that Great Offer Stock charged my credit card immediately but then I had two wait two months for the thing to arrive. It's annoying paying a huge credit card bill for something that doesn't even have an estimated date of delivery. To add insult to injury, I just finally got over my aversion to Great Offer Stock following the mattress experience and came to the site to use my Club Great Offer Stock points to buy something and see that they expired 10 days ago. Ugh. Anyway, I'm happy I have a new bed, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Firm but comfortable, good quality

the mattress is ok. is not an uncomfortable mattress but is not as soft as i wanted; i think i didn't notice it said "firm". Otherwise the mattress looks very nice and is very high

Gave this as a wedding gift for my son. It is beautiful, and they love it.

My old mattress set had lumps and holes. This has a wonderful, firm feel and I especially like the low profile box spring set.

love this bed. Took a while to get here but worth the wait. I am sleeping better and feeling better!! If you like a firm mattress this is your ticket! People complain about it being too firm. Are you stupid? Firm is firm. That's why it's called firm. Has a nice layer of softness just on the top. But will support your posture. Keep in mind that when you switch from a softer bed to a firmer bed your spine and joints will go through an adjusting phase. Give it a week or two and I promise you will sleep better and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to face the day!!

The best thing is my husband can't get over how well he rests. He said it's the best rest he has had in years. He has major physical issues and is finally able to get quality sleep. I am glad I did the shopping to bring me to Great Offer Stock so that I could purchase a quality product for a better than reasonably price.
