Just fair. I would have given them more stars because the color and level of sheerness was what I was looking for, however they are NOT 54x72! Two panels were approximately 69 inches long and two were approximately 70 inches long. 84 inch length also run short--made in China--go figure. Will buy American made from now on. Would not recommend if getting the actual length you order is important to you.

Note that the bottom of the panel has an open hem, so it can be left loose or gathered on hardware at bottom. Only 1 problem--I ordered white, but received light yellow instead. Didn't have to return, since the color I did get worked fine.

The width of each panel is 54" each! As noted in the description details! However I am using these curtains in my bedroom (a double window) which measures approximately 30-33 "/ window with a total of 76 Inches wide. So I ordered 4 panels for the bedroom windows (2 sets) and 2 panels for the bathroom window. They're great because even though these rooms are upstairs they allow light through and privacy too ( in a townhouse style condo) and I might think of 1-2 more panels if they were on my front double windows or if on my patio door ( this is fairly large) so I would want more privacy downstairs if I had bought them for that reason. Perhaps a larger bathroom window or a single bedroom window if I wanted the curtains to block out more light I'd like another panel at least to bunch the curtains up a bit more to obtain the light blocking effect and then of course even more privacy depending on what you're looking for! In our case we wanted more light than a more patterned sheer curtain we had up was letting in !! Hope this review makes sense and also to mention that the off white color is great and the yellow is awesome in our bedroom! And they're easy to clean while still up! Or in the wash!!

That's correct! I've only ordered the short ones at 63" for both bedroom and bathroom windows. I do not need any 84" in these curtains but I am pleased with the sheer curtains and with the two lighter colors of ivory and yellow! Loving the look and expected ease to care for them - machine washable ! Less wrinkles in hanging dry initially followed by some fluffing in the dryer with a dyer sheet ! Then the dust cleans off easier in between washes!

I think of 'gauzy' as rather open-weave therefore I would not term these curtains 'gauzy'. I got mine in the yellow choice and I feel it is more off-white with a 'yellow' hue. To me they are neither "nylon-y" nor overly "shiny". I am well please with the overall look I got from them for our dining room. As was commented, they do let in light yet provide privacy.
