We are very pleased with this purchase. You order something this large and expensive online, you hope for the best. I'm glad we took the "risk" on this. The reviews of this item were positive on every website I researched, Great Offer Stock ended up having the best price and since we ordered large furniture items from the O before, I felt good about ordering this here as well. It did NOT disappoint! Our contractor has already made several comments about how well built this item is, what good quality it is, etc. Nothing was damaged, everything came beautifully packaged and protected.
I do want to share some key points for those of you who are considering this item.
1. It's huge and heavy. Our contractor and my husband were able to get it upstairs and into the bathroom, but you need to consider the size (length) of the item and the weight. With our narrow hallway upstairs, this barely fit - they had to stand the vanity up completely on its side and the 80" length made it through our bathroom door with maybe an inch to spare. So measure, measure, measure!
2. Great Offer Stock will deliver this to your driveway and, at least in our experience, nobody is going to help you get it inside your garage or front door. My husband had to unpackage some of it and move it into the garage himself on the delivery crate. It was a lot of work and sweat. However, delivery is free so there is only so much you can complain about or expect...
3. We are unable to use the bottom drawers in our bathroom. The way the plumbing was done (and we didn't discover this until after we got the vanity and after the contractor removed the previous vanity), the pipes have to come up from the floor. So they had to go through the bottom which meant the drawers would be unusable. I was fine with this, since I loved the vanity and most have "dummy drawers" under the sinks anyway. However, once we installed it, I ended up liking the "open shelf" look on the bottom. You can see it in the photos. The contractor covered up any visible tiny holes and we loved it. The other option was he was going to cover the openings with the drawer doors for decorative purposes. This would have been fine too. However, we like the shelf look, it's a perfect spot for my daughters to place hair dryers, straighteners, extra towels, whatever.
The piece is really beautiful and makes our newly remodeled bathroom look fantastic. I am really happy with the purchase.
