Rod is just ok. Came with the finish full of scratches, however the curtain covers the scratches up.

I wanted a very simple rod to hang close to the ceiling. This rod is just that and seems to be very sturdy and easy to install.

LOVE THIS CURTAIN ROD. BOUGHT IT FOR SLIDING GLASS DOOR AND FITS PERFECT.

We had a pretty easy time installing this. You can remove the rod WITHOUT unscrewing it from the wall if you need to clean or swap out your curtains (not like I saw another reviewer complain). There are the pieces that screw in the wall (HUGE holes needed for the anchors, wow!), then the elbow pieces which connect to the center rod. You can expand the rod on either the right and or left side. The dark brown looks a bit cheap close up, but considering it's high on the wall, i think i'm the only that will notice. I recommend this rod.

Perfect for the insulated curtain panels I also got. Keeps them all the way around the windows with no gaps.

All 3 sizes bought are working well and it appears they will last.

I purchased 4 panels on sale at JC Penney and had them sewn together by a seamstress. Hung them on this rod over a sliding glass door. Nice!

A nice looking rod, good quality, strong and sturdy. The one flaw is that you have to remove it from the wall to replace the curtains, if you should want to wash or change them.

good rod - got the nickel, and it was as expected. The longer one that spanned 2 windows could have used a center support piece perhaps, but it looks ok.

The screw on one end was stripped, we had to make adjustments to make it work.

I like that this drapery rod is so easy to install, that it returns to the wall for complete privacy and that it is very easy to take down (screws on and off at each side bracket) for laundering. The size I ordered came with a center bracket for additional support. I'm very happy with my purchase.

My husband helped assemble this curtain rod today...he said the directions/pictures were not great and he felt he didn't quite get it the way it was supposed to be, but it is hanging minus a few stripped screws. I don't know about taking down my curtains--not real convenient as he described how I need to take apart. I heard a few profanities during the whole process so I'm not sure this is for everyone... It is an attractive rod for those that desire a wraparound. I don't think I'll purchase it again unless my husband says it's okay and Great Offer Stock clearances the item.
