This is a solid bench, very reddish in color. We are using it as a bathroom bench. It doesn't have a smooth finish; it's a little rough, so more appropriate for outdoors. It also has slightly unpleasant oily odor, even after airing it outside for a few days, so I don't think I'd do this again. I think the odor is fading though.

This is a nice, sturdy bench that can be used indoors or out. The peg holes do not line up on one side. We used a chisel to make the holes a little larger and glued the pegs in place. It took less than thirty minutes to assemble. The color is true to the picture.

These where just right for pool deck.

I live in a condo association and we are discouraged from leaving container plants directly on the second floor decks. This bench (I actually have 3, one in each length) allow me to enjoy my deck and be surrounded by a garden all without breaking any rules. Easy to assemble.

Great bench, however, looks like it was a return - Will keep it because my husband is 'handy' and the 'fix' was simple. love the bench

This bench serves its purpose. Nothing fancy. The wood edges don't align on one end. I would not buy again.

Like the bench once we finally got it together. The groves do not match up to the sleeve. We had to use a file to file the wood down so it would fit and screw together.

This is a beautiful bench, and well priced. I purchased it for a remote corner of my yard. Good thing that corner is remote and it will be subjected to minimal 'sitting action'. Not all of the pre-drilled holes were completely frilled through and required additional drilling. But the most troublesome issue was that the doweling on 1 side does not line up properly, so the pieces do not lock together correctly. Not happy...

Yes on this bench. It is exactly as described and good solid construction when put together. Easy to assemble.
