So comfortable when I breastfeed but I am sure that this chair will help me even when I'll stop breastfeeding! I totally love it!

When we opened the box we immediately noticed the wood on the glider didn't match the wood on the chair. The ottoman was cherry and the chair itself was a walnut color. Also it was faded to a light oak color in some spots. My husband put the chair together, which only came with one page of directions. After it was assembled, we noticed the ottoman was completely cracked (all the way through). And the chair has a crack on one of the back spindles. Obviously this chair is horrible quality and does not match the picture on the website. Definitely returned.

the customer service is great they did send me a part ...wrong one so I chatted with them again I do believe they will follow through with the correct one...this why 4 out of five.

This chair is OK and looks nice and comfy - and isn't badly made ....except the design for each arm means the arms aren't really held on! The one support it has in the design wouldn't connect .... and one side seems broken already with apply in the wood but either way i cant really attach the ARMS. SO THST MEANS I CANT enjoy the chair, as you do need arms to sit in it. I need a craftsman to figure out how to attach them better otherwise its taking up a lot of space as a pleasant looking glider set - without any arms!

I sit here everyday when I first wake up, drinking coffee and watching the news. I have never regretted this purchase, especially when my infant grandson is around!

this is very comfortable doesn't take to much room up and its very pretty my baby loves it he wants me to rock him all the time I like the price its very nice not to hard to put together very easy thanks would highly recommend

This was a present for my daughter-in-law. She loves it.

When I feel a little harried, I sit in my glider rocker and slide so smoothly back and forth. It has a calming effect. The only drawback is that my cat does not like it; she gets nervous when the thing she is standing on starts to move, Oh well, some time without the cat is fine with me.

Easy to assemble, fairly solid, fun to use.

You definitely get what you pay for (and maybe a bit more) with this very nicely crafted and SOLID rocket. The cushions are nice, wood very nicely shaped, constructed and finished. Overall look is nicer than the cost would suggest. The glide/rock action is super smooth and totally quiet! My only irritant is that I feel it is just a BIT too upright in posture.

This came when it said it would and it glides nice. The only complaint I have, and I almost sent it back for this reason, is the assembly. The screws in the seat and back where the arm piece attaches were installed at an angle so it took quite awhile for us to attach the arm piece. I would think this would have been caught during inspection as the armboard would not easily/properly attach. If it hadnt been for my husband, who described it as "non-compliant" in engineering terms, the arm piece would not have been attached. However, overall, I think this a good product for the money.

Was able to throw out the broken one he loved and replace with this one

This is a very comfortable chair and ottoman. It took 5 minutes to put it together and it looks great!

This chair would not assemble because the back was not engineered to attach to the base. After weeks of delay in getting a proper part I returned the chair. Very poor purchase experience.

Came very fast, It was easy to put together but there was one important part missing, the peg to install one of the side arms. The hardware bag had been opened somehow and parts were all over the box. This was the only part that was not found. I called Great Offer Stock and they took care of it although I have not received the missing part yet. Over all the chair is very comfortable and I like it. I went to show rooms to look at gliders. I sat in them and this one is just as comfortable but those were more expensive.

Brought this for my niece 1st child. her and her husband love love it
