It's a nice rug, but the color is off. The red is more of a orangey-red. I was hoping for a more burgundy or maroon. At least it's not bright red. It does shed a lot right now, I would think that will slow down after a while. It's thick, but not very soft. It has a fairly rough feel to it. I don't think I would buy it again, but not so bad I want to try and return it.
