this looks nice but my husband has been trying to install for 4 hours now - two trips to home depot to try to micky mouse the strayer - the threading pipe on the srayer is only about 2 inches and it does not fit through our "standard" granite thicknees to come out bottom so we can attached the tighner on it - it needs to be at leasth 4 inches "which was size of current one" husband had no success at home depot now is at Ace - what a mess - if we cant find any tread pipe to extend it will need to remove the faucuet which he did install and have the return this product - so disappointed!

Looks pretty but splashes all over the place and is starting to corode.

Beautiful have had it several months now and no problems.

One issue is the sprayer leaks. Don't really know if it's the plumber install or the washer needs replacing. Faucet looks good and I'm very pleased with the price and product.

Updated my 1970's kitchen and this faucet was just the right look for the right price.

The first one I got had a misaligned spout and could not be fixed.I called customer service and explained the problem.He said he would send a replacement and email me a return shipping label.I like that they pay for the returns.The second faucet arrived a few days later and this one was perfect.I installed the new one and it looks and works beautifully.Customer service is fantastic.I just ordered more products for the kitchen.I will always check with Great Offer Stock first before I buy anywhere else.

This is perfect in my new kitchen. No problems installing (by a plumber). I'm still getting used to turning it on and off (never had one like this before), but I love it. Good quality and so pretty.

Installed only six months ago and today, my cleaning lady was rinsing a brush and water started spewing everywhere. Turns out piece that fits on the end of the spout was cracked.

Great faucet for my log cabin kitchen!!

I love the look of my new kitchen faucet. There are just a couple issues. 1) The plate on the bottom of the faucet is plastic and 2) It didn't sit squarely on my sink, the installer had to glue it down. It matches perfectly, but just shows shortcuts on quality. My bigger issue is 3) the size of the pipe to spout. It is fairly narrow which means my water flow is greatly reduced. If I want to fill a pot quickly, I use the sprayer because that has a greater flow and pressure. An additional problem with the narrowness of the pipe-spout is 4) due to living in an area with very hard water, calcium deposits will eventually reduce the water flow even more. All in all, it works, I like it, it didn't cost an arm and a leg, but I'll probably have to replace it sooner than if I had spent more.

This is a good looking faucet and worked easily. All the parts were included. The only problem is the plate included to cover the holes on the sink was an exact fit. There is actually a tiny spot where it does not cover. That could be because the sink faucet holes were punched too big. I plan to just put some clear silicone. So since I don't know if the problem was based on the sink or the faucet, I'm giving it a four. This for my 1927 Portland, Oregon townhouse. It's a great look and functions well. I love the the swiveling faucet head. And because it is high, putting pots and deep bowls under it is easy. It does not put out as much water as other faucets, only slightly less, but with water savings on everyone's budget, this is a good thing. Sprayer works fine.

This is a well made piece. Feels very substantial and more expensive than it was. Operates very smoothly.

This is probably the standard for lower end fixtures. I found the more I spent the more accurate the colors and descriptions were. We were looking for a oil rubbed bronze and this looked more like a paint job that attempted the look. Just wasn't what we were after. I can't comment on the quality, we did not install it.
