Nana Your delivery came in a patched up box - i.e. not the original box - and I instantly thought that you sent me a "returned item". I already dreaded re-packing the fountain and sending it back. But to my surprise, all the pieces looked good, and the water feature works like a charm !!!! It fits perfectly into my spruced up patio garden, I love it. Thank you.

Flows nicely I like the brass coloring in the picture but the actual color on the fountain is a flat brass color with none of the highlights in the picture. The alignment of the lotus petals allows the water to flow nicely from one to another and there hasn't been any splashing of water on the patio.

Couple years old now and has not aged well at all Bought this a few years ago, and it originally was very nice. It has since corroded to the point of the leaves falling off. Real copper should not have done this, and it is not able to be sodered back together.

Lovely... at first! It's been about 18 months since I purchased this fountain. At first I was wowed by how pretty it was. Then within the first week, I was tired of replacing water in the base. It splashes a lot and you pair that with evaporation, you will find yourself adding water about every other day. After about 8 months the paint started to flake and chip away. After it's first year, it stopped working all together. I bought a new pump, but because it's sealed in the base I had to find a container that would hold the ornate top. I found a couple of large flower pots, one was smaller then the other, and dug a hole to place them in. The top fit on top of the smaller pot and I used large river rocks to cover up the water holding pots. That worked for about 6 months... now it's completely shot. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

pretty and rather elegant The first order had to be sent back as it leaked. Customer service was top notch. Rep immediately reordered a new one. New one shipped within a few days. The only issue was UPS just showed up at the door 2 days later to pick up the faulty one. There was no warning from the company, but he came back the next day per our request. The new one works perfectly!

dissappointed Hardly any water noise from this. I have tried all sorts of things like putting pebbles on the leaves but it doesn't help and may splash more if you aren't careful about placement. I think I will add it to a potted plant just for interest.
