Beautiful, Great Price, Quick Setup For MANUAL see below. I've been looking for a headboard for some time now. Things that were stopping me was that prices were too high and the ones that weren't too high either weren't fashionable, got bad reviews, or just were crappy looking. Good thing I found this one. So I did give it 5 stars, but there are several reasons for that, I will list the good and bad, but overall, it deserves a 5 star. 1) When I received the item, I opened the box, and the headboard was protected very well. - this is great. 2) I removed the headboard, but to my dismay, only the top part was in the box. I was a little confused as to where the rest of my parts were. There was no instructions or anything, and being someone who bought a headboard for the first time, I was completely at a loss. I was super excited to finally receive the package, but I was rather frustrated that the package was missing half the contents. - this was bad. 3) I was freaking out since the product was sold out. I desperately reached out to the manufacture, and they got back to me within hours, which was great. 4) After an email with proof of purchase to the customer service, they actually called me, which was also great. 5) They told me that there should be a zipper in the back of the headboard with the rest of the parts. I was pretty sure I would've noticed a zipper, but I said ok, ran back home and checked. No zipper, however, the back which is made of this black material had a part that was velcroed on. If I wasn't told about the zipper I would have never touched it. Especially since it didn't have a manual - this is bad. 6) Long and behold, the parts were all in there. Again, no manual, so where do I start? If I didn't see the picture on the website, I still would've been able to figure it out, but it's pretty annoying. 7) NOTICE that there are 10 bolts, 2 of the 10 have smaller knuts, which is how you know which bolt is for the black piece that goes along the frame to make sure it has a spine. Again, no manual. 8) I finished the assembly which took about 20-30 minutes since there were no tools (you needed a hex). The item is pretty heavy and you don't want a clean headboard on the floor, so I mantled the item on my bed - it's pretty heavy (40 pounds). 9) Finally assembled and happy, I pull out my frame, but I realize I didn't get any bolts to connect the headboard to the frame. Again, another day without connecting my headboard - this is also bad. 10) Next day I reached back out to the manufacturer, who has been amazing, and they apologized and sent missing bolts ground to my apt. All in all, this was easy but extremely frustrating, since there was no manual to tell me the parts were in the headboard (which is fantastic btw that everything comes in 1 part/package). The item is gorgeous. The customer service for the manufacturer was great. So although I had issues, I wouldn't sway you from purchasing this, rather I would recommend buying this, but be cautious if you've never seen a headboard with parts inside before.

Beautifully crafted headboard - total quality! I was delighted when I pulled this out of the box. It's a good thickness, a nice color, and all of the upholstery tacks were straight and expertly applied. It's really sharp! The only thing I wasn't happy with is that some of the padding on the top had been squished from shipping. I am going to try an iron and a damp towel to see if that will puff it up again. The headboard was easy to assemble after I found the instructions in the box. The instructions even come with a fabric swatch to make shopping easier. They were in the box vs being with the pieces and the bolts - but once I found the instructions, it was a piece of cake to assemble. The holes in the legs are too low for a higher bed frame. I can fit a low laundry basket under my bed, so I definitely have a frame that's a little higher. But in order to use the holes as is, you'd have to have a very low frame. I fixed this by putting two, 2x6 slabs of pine underneath the legs - which gave an extra 4 inches of height. Who is complaining about that?? If you don't have a garage full of scrap wood like me, then this could be irritating. I chose to use 2x6 so the legs wouldn't slide off as easily. You'll need to go buy washers, nuts and screws. Buy 2" long, 1/4" diameter hex head bolts. Buy a smaller washer for the frame side, and a large washer for the headboard side. I also used a lock washer before the nut to keep it all tight. You'll need the large washers on the headboard/nut side, because the holes in the legs are very big. Small washers get sucked inside and aren't worthwhile (see pics). 2" bolts will keep the end from extending too far towards the wall. if you're putting your bed against the wall, you don't want to scratch it up. Overall, a GREAT buy! I used my O Club rewards to pay for about half of the cost. What a deal!!! Love the free shipping to my door (hassle free), and it came pretty quickly, too! I highly recommend this headboard. Great value, quality product!!!!

High quality look for 1/2 the price. Love this headboard. I've kinda been on a nailhead kick with a lot of my furniture and this purchase didn't disappoint. They are actual nails and not the string of faux nailheads that's very common right now. The linen color is very rich and easily goes with different styles of decor.

Nice looking This looks very nice especially for the money...However, nails are not in straight lines and a bit wavy, very sloppy workmanship. A little puckered also at corners. Ours was obviously a return as bolts missing and no instructions with it. Very disappointing....Cost us hours of time back and forth to hardware store to get exact bolts and allen wrench.

Wonderful look, but not recommended for side view I received the headboard with all its parts. Note: the parts are hidden inside the headboard. Just flip the headboard over and undo the velcro to find the parts. Still, you have to supply the bolts, washers and nuts to attach the headboard to your bed frame. It is a wonderful look from the the foot of the bed, but from the side the legs look awkward, and the bedskirt will not hide it. If you do not have bedside tables you might want to rethink this purchase. I love the quality, and I'm a picky shopper.
