I purchased two of these chairs and am very pleased with their appearance and the comfort. They are somewhat difficult to get the leg rest to catch in place when coming from a reclining position. Takes a forceful kick with your heel.

Excellent chair & excellent value!
I really hesitated for a long time before making this purchase. I hate buying such a product as a chair or mattress sight unseen. However, after searching all over, stores and online, I could not find exactly what I was looking for. This IS exactly what I was looking for so I bit the bullet and ordered. The chair arrived via UPS on the date and time frame expected. The box was slightly beat up but the chair itself was wrapped in bubble wrap type material as well as plastic so it was protected. The set-up was literally 5 seconds. I took the chair out of the book and placed the back on the two metal 'frame-like-rods' on the back of the chair. That's it. The chair is very comfortable. I am 5'8, female and could lose a good 30 lbs....mostly in the butt area. The reason I say this is because the chair is VERY comfortable. My head does not reach past the top of the chair (there is a lot of room to spare) and my feet are comfortable on the foot rest. The material is very nice...almost like a suede/microfiber. Although the chair is beige, I have green sofas and it fits nicely, almost blending in. It even makes me want to say in the room that the chair looks sage but I know its not. Let me just say, the chair would blend nicely in any setting since it is so neutral. Place a solid color throw on it and it will look very nice in any room. I would not ever hesitate buying this or recommending this chair. I truly was not looking for a grandpa chair that would take over an entire room and this fit the bill. It certainly should not just be listed as a baby chair/ chair for a baby's room. It works perfectly in the livingroom of my apartment. Its not a small chair but its certainly not one of those massive recliners that overtake a room or have huge cuhions. It almost doesnt look like a recliner but since you eventually notice there are no feet on it, it has to be a recliner/rocker. Glad I found this!

I ordered this chair, and we loved it, but there was a flaw. We couldn't put the recliner front back down unless I got on my knees and pushed it down by hand. I called Great Offer Stock, and was given the option of getting another one or a refund. Since we liked the chair so much, we ordered another one. They immediately shipped another chair. When it came, I called them, and they sent UPS a shipping label, and they picked up the defective chair the next day. We could not be happier with the chair and especially the great customer service. The reps I talked to could not have been nicer. This was my first purchase from Great Offer Stock, and they definitely have me as a customer.
