For those wondering, the top is curved such that you could not set a glass on top. This information was not easy to find at the time I was looking. Otherwise, a nice table. Really impressed with Overstock's customer service on this one, when I needed to return.

The stool looks exactly as pictured...a great price. I placed the stool between two loungers by the pool.
