I love this, it is very nice, looks real, heats a small living room very well, i am overwhelmed by how well it is made and the quality is very nice, i bought at a great time got a discount and i almost wish i had room for another one in another room they are so nice. i had looked at several and decided to buy this one and am very glad i did. it was packaged very well, and the shipping was fast. it is going into an antique fireplace surround

My fireplace insert finally died and needed to replace it... chose this piece and very happy with my purchase. Works great and looks good.

It looks better installed than in the pictures. We bought a competing brand for $***+ without the glass enclosure. This one has more realistic flames and looks great. It does not put out alot of heat like a wood fire, but enough to warm a mid-size room to 75 degrees when outside temps are 65. Definitely not a furnace for chilly areas but far more convenient and clean than a wood fire. My only complaint is that the remote beeps and scares the dog. There is no option to silence the beep.

Bought this fireplace in late spring, so haven't used it. Did try it out and it worked great and was just what I looking for to take the edge off on cold winter mornings and evenings. Love the look of the flame and the fact that you can have the flame without heat. Looking forward to building the fireplace surround!

I had a built in TV hole for the old square type TVs. After I purchased a new flatscreen I wanted to put a fireplace in the hole. The 33" fireplace fits perfectly. Just removed packing and plugged it in, it works and looks great!

Great fireplace. The heater works better than I ever expected. I wish it had a little more variety on the flames.

We put it in where we had a gas log.. It works GREAT, very realistic and puts out heat without the back-draft we got with the gas fireplace

Love the size, the flame is sooooo realistic. Love the temp and timer control, perfect replacement for the one that dropped during a move.

My husband is allergic to wood smoke so we were not able to use our fireplace. This was a nice solution. The installation was easy and we are enjoying it.
