I am satisfied with the sofa's quality, however the cushions are a little hard (hopefully they will give over time) and the seats are shallow. My last sofa you could lay side by side, not this one, its definitely a one man sofa.

The cough looks great and seems to be good quality but is so hard to sit on. It's like sitting on concrete. I'm 5'2" and my feet swing when I sit all the way back on it so I have to use a sofa cushion at my back. It's one of the most uncomfortable couches I've ever sat on. I wish it was as comfortable as it is nice looking!

I've had the Abbyson Richfield leather sofa for one month. It looks very nice and appears to be well-constructed. Seats and seat backs are comfortable. Only four stars given because color in person is much, much darker than pictured and delivery took six weeks after order confirmation.

I have had my couch for over a year....Love It.....also purchased the love seat, and 2 ottomans to match....great purchase....don't sit in the living room everyday but it does get average use and is holding up well...

We really like this couch for our living room. It looks very nice and matches our leather chair nicely. The seats are a little shorter than our previous couch, but it is still quite comfortable.

Received yesterday 3/21/16, it is beautiful. Sits very nice. Looks good with a Abbyson' recliner I purchased with it. They look like they are from the same collection. Leather looks good, but I think it is bonded leather. White glove service was great, they put the recliner together as well. Great service.

The couch is very comfortable, with top grain leather and firm seats and back cushions. Our only complaint is that it's too small in both directions (width and length). However, it's still a good purchase overall.

Good to sit on because of the height from the floor. The cushions are firm. Just wish the sofa was about a foot longer.

We are so pleased with our new sofa. It's is very comfortable, with great support. The leather is beautiful and of good quality. The color is a touch darker than I expected (more of a dark chocolate), but very rich and beautiful. There was a problem with one of the legs upon delivery. The delivery guys were great -- on time, polite and called overstocks immediately as soon as the problem was discovered.Overstock called the company and took care of everything. The company sent a technician out & made the repair in a couple of minutes. Great customer service from everyone involved. I was definitely hesitant to order an item like this online. But I'm glad I made the purchase. Thank you Overstock!!!
